Hikawa jinja shrine is located in Saitama prefecture, and is one of the most famous shrines in Japan. It takes about half an hour from central part of Tokyo.

It attracts worshippers from all over the Kanto region. Especially a lot of people visit the shrine on New Year’s Day.

The pond of the snake in the precinct is also famous as a spiritual spot.
