Kenrokuen, a strolling-style landscape garden, is one of the three most beautiful gardens in Japan. You can find ponds, hills, tea houses on the wide scale. In autumn, it is a good season to see autumn leaves. In winter, the trees receive special care to prevent the branches from breaking, because Kanazawa is known for heavy snowfall.
